1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using services from [Elyxzon Detailing CO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Elyxzon Detailing CO provides professional auto detailing services, including but not limited to:
- Exterior washing and detailing
- Interior cleaning and extraction
- Paint protection (wax, sealant, ceramic coatings)
- Add-on services (e.g., pet hair removal, stain treatment, etc.)
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition.
3. Booking & Payment
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
- Final pricing may be adjusted upon inspection if the vehicle condition differs from what was described at booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 Hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or future booking restrictions.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
- The vehicle must be free of personal belongings unless prior arrangements are made.
- The customer must disclose any hazards (biohazards, excessive mold, sharp objects, etc.) before service.
Failure to disclose hazardous conditions may result in service refusal or additional charges.
6. Service Limitations
While we strive for high-quality results:
- We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects.
- Some conditions (deep stains, permanent damage, excessive wear) may not be fully correctable.
- Add-on services may be required for heavily soiled vehicles.
7. Liability
- Elyxzon Detailing CO is not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles.
- We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that occur during or after service unless directly caused by negligence.
- Customers must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Weather & Mobile Services
For mobile detailing:
- Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.
- Customers must provide a safe working environment, including access to space if required.
9. Add-On Services
Optional add-ons (e.g., pet hair removal, biohazard cleanup, paint protection) are priced separately and must be selected at booking or approved before service completion.
10. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment to be considered.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of [Your Company Name].
- Approved refunds are subject to a $50 processing/cancellation fee.
- In some cases, refunds may be issued in the form of a store credit or gift card instead of the original payment method.
- If a customer is dissatisfied with a completed service, we must be given the opportunity to correct the issue before any refund is considered.
11. Damage Claims
Any claims for damage must be:
- Reported within 24 hours
- Supported with evidence (photos, documentation)
We reserve the right to inspect and resolve claims directly.
12. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for:
- Unsafe working conditions
- Hazardous materials not disclosed
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Vehicles in extreme condition beyond service scope
13. Privacy
Customer information is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
